Pollnivneach is a city located in the Kharidian Desert, and it's recommended that you bring a Waterskin or 2, as well as some Desert Robes to help you survive the heat. The city is mainly used in The Feud Quest, and the 2 tribes (the Bandits and Menaphites) are fighting.

Getting There

Pollnivneach is located south of Al Kharid in the Kharidian Desert. To get there head through the Shantay Pass and either walk in a south-easterly direction or take a Magic Carpet ride for 200gp. The Kharidian desert is a hot and dry place, so in order to traverse it without taking damage you need some waterskins filled with water. Desert robes are also useful because they allow you to go longer without drinking. All of this can be bought in the Shantay Pass before going into the desert.

Attractions

While inside Pollnivneach you do not need to drink water from your waterskin. Sit back, relax, and stare at all the people named Ali. Yes, everyone in the town is Ali, from the Village Witch to the Bartender. Also, their are two gangs that terrorize the town, the Bandits and the Menaphites. Lastly, this is the place where the majority of The Feud Quest is completed.

(A) Rug Merchants

There are two rug merchants on Pollnivneach. One is found at the north side of the city, and the other at the south. They can take you to many places in the Kharidian Desert for a modest fee of 200 gold coins.

(C) Kebab Salesman

This guy sells you kebabs, super hot kebabs, (which heal a lot more hp than regular kebabs) and Hot Sauce.

(D) Mayor's House

This is the Mayor of Pollnivneach's house. Inside the house there isn't much of interest, except for the safe with some jewels inside that is used in The Feud Quest. Right outside the house is a fountain where you can refill you waterskins by using a jug with it, and then using the jug of water with you waterskins to fill them up. The mayor himself can be found west of the house by the well.

(E) The Asp and Snake Bar

This is Pollnivneach's bar. The barkeeper (Ali) will sell you a beer. You can find Drunken Ali sitting in the chair, and the Snake Charmer out back. Mean Ali's beer glass can be found on a table. You need to poison it while doing The Feud quest.

(F) The Witch

The Witch, or Hag, can be found up on top of the hill on the west side of the city. There isn't much you can do here unless you are doing The Feud quest. Just watch out to make sure she doesn't turn you into a frog!

(G) Gang Hideouts

There are two gangs that rule Pollnivneach, the Menaphites, which are found in the south side of town, and the Bandits, who are in the north. You can use them to train on if you want.

(H) Smoke Dungeon

The Smoke Dungeon is west of Pollnivneach You can get to it by heading southwest and then slightly north. Inside the dungeon you will find the ever- popular Fire Giants (level 86). This is a big dungeon, beware of what you may find within it!

(I) River Elid

This river runs along the east side of the city, and to the south of Pollnivneach you can find level 63 Crocodiles swimming in it.
